Note: Small solo session before doing the boostcamp session where I did not want to trade in the same time today. we had a nice level at 4h, and the 1h PA broke the smaller up trend. On the five minutes we had a reversal bar, so I was quite confident. Weirdly, the fact of raising my RR makes me more confident, I suppose it's due to the newest feeling of it as I have been looking for small RR all my career so far.
Trail the SL on this occasion because we were close to the latest low and Market open, as I was in a good profit already, it felt normal for me to pay myself. so I don't mind on this one. I will still navigate between moving the stop and not, because I feel that I should not be just binary but instead look for a balanced decision depending of the case of the trade. Cause after all trading is about adapting to different situations.

A patient session today, and calm too, nothing in that sense. Two first trade was losses that was just not good trade. The third one was more emotional due to rushing when I restarted my mt4 and happened to be 1min chart. Like I said previously the 1 min chart is pushing me to mistakes and with the 2 previous loss, made me chase a bit. But emotionally I was able to manage it well and realise it right away.
I of course wanted then to get a good trade, but price action was not showing me any interesting opportunities so I just decided to call it a day.

Note: We were observing the levels with the bakers and saw how accurate it was, my first two trades was at opening and got BE, the reason is now I dont want to let my SL hanging too much, mostly at volatility moments.
One of them got positive at 0.77% because I moved my SL at a high, instead of a level, but profit is here and still very happy. Overall if the 4 trades would not have been moved to BE I would up 6%
But I am in no way feeling fomo, just happy to capture the right levels of the charts which gives great confidence.
Note to self, @Ben took the same trades as mine and instead of putting BE, he took 70% off and let the trade run, which resulted of 1.7% up, maybe something to consider. Splitting the trade in 2, one to 1:1 the other to 1:2. To be continued...

Then one was bad executed, and started to potentially hesitate. so then I am turning my vest against myself to think it should go down. At some extend it's good to flip the switch, but in this situation I had no reason, as 5min where showing me to go up.
Overall, I feel good, I started to work on my new emotions that showed up lately, which is to not pay attention to the potential thoughts of people watching me trading. It sound silly I know but I realized that unconsciously it was bothering me and my performance. I was able to understand that, by going through my journal and understand what type of mindset I had when I had the losses vs the wins.
